We are pleased to announce a significant milestone in our collaborative efforts under the EU-funded MeDiTATe project. Our research team has successfully published a new paper titled “Towards a Reduced Order Model for EVAR Planning and Intra-Operative Navigation” in the esteemed journal Medical Engineering & Physics.

This groundbreaking study presents an innovative workflow designed to offer patient-specific preoperative and intraoperative support for surgeons treating abdominal aortic aneurysms. The workflow has the potential to substantially improve clinical outcomes, marking a notable advancement in the field.

This accomplishment reflects the dedicated work of emerging researchers Dr. Eirini Kardampiki and Monica Emendi.
